How do I brew eucalyptus leaf tea?

We steep one to two teaspoons of the cut and sifted leaf in a covered cup of just-boiled water for ten to fifteen minutes, keeping the lid on so the aromatic oils stay in the cup rather than escaping with the steam. The result is a crisp, minty, camphor-bright infusion. Many of our customers also lean over the steeping cup and breathe in the rising steam for an extra lift.
