At Sacred Plant Co, we practice "Beyond Organic" farming, and we stand 100% behind the purity and potency of our herbs. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your botanicals, we are here to make it right.

The Sacred Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your order for a refund.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Defective/Damaged Orders: If we made a mistake or your package arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
• Standard Returns: For changed minds or standard returns, we provide a convenient prepaid return label. A flat $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover logistics costs.

How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Start Your Return: Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at care@sacredplantco.com with your Order Number.
2. Get Your Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack & Ship: Include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Where to Ship (Important)
All returns are processed through our climate-controlled Western Logistics Center in Arizona to ensure rapid handling. Please do not ship returns to the Colorado farm address, as our cultivation facility is not equipped to process incoming packages.

Refund Timeline
Once received and inspected at our Arizona facility, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
