How to Return an Item

Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. A $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return directly through your order receipt or by contacting us at care@sacredplantco.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, please include a copy of your receipt in the package before shipping.
