🍵 How to use

1. Decoction (tea): 1–2 tsp (≈2–3 g) per 8 oz / 240 mL water. Simmer gently 20–30 minutes, covered. Strain and enjoy warm.
2. Topical rinse: Brew a double-strength decoction; cool, strain through fine cloth, then apply to clean skin or scalp as desired.
