# 1 | Place your eastern white pine in a bowl and soak in water for 12-24 hours.
#2 | Drain the water from your eastern white pine seeds but do not let them dry out. Take your now moist eastern white pine seeds and place them in between two moist paper towels and place inside the refrigerator for 60 to 90 days. Do not allow the seeds to freeze or dry out. After the seeds have stratified for 60 to 90 days, remove your seeds from the refrigerator.
