    This is premium cut & sifted dried oregano leaf (Origanum vulgare), milled to roughly 2–6 mm and low-temperature air-dried to protect its volatile oils.     🍅 Tomato sauces & stews
    1–2 tsp per quart; bloom briefly in warm oil to release the aroma.
    🫙 Marinades & dry rubs
    1 tsp per cup of oil/acid base, or 1 Tbsp per pound of protein with salt, garlic & chili.
